Trainee Sales Broker

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Sales Broker. No previous sales experience is required. From day one, you'll receive full training, ongoing coaching and hands-on support from experienced managers.

You'll learn how to build relationships with businesses, understand their needs and recommend solutions that help them reduce costs. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll have clear opportunities to progress into a Sales Broker role and beyond.

• Speaking with business customers to understand their requirements.
  
• Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
  
• Learning how to recommend solutions across energy, telecoms, payment services, waste and water.
  
• Building strong relationships with prospective customers.
  
• Preparing quotations and supporting the sales process.
  
• Keeping customer records up to date using our CRM system.
  
• Working towards individual and team targets with ongoing coaching and support.
  

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  
• Reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
  
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.
  
• No experience needed. Full training is provided.
  

• £20,000 to £24,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission.
  
• Full training and ongoing coaching from experienced sales professionals.
