We are working with a secondary school in Farnworth, Bolton (BL4) that is looking to appoint three Trainee Teachers to join the school as Cover Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers who want to gain valuable school-based experience while exploring a career in education.

• Work as a Cover Supervisor across a range of subjects.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
• Gain first-hand experience of life in a secondary school.
• Receive support and guidance from experienced teaching staff.
• Opportunity to progress into teacher training or a permanent role for the right candidates.

• £95 per day.
• Paid classroom experience before committing to teacher training.

• Experience that can strengthen applications for PGCE, School Direct or other teacher training routes.

• Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching.
• Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about supporting young people and making a difference.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
