Your responsibilities as Trainee Technical Account Manager
  • Act as the link between customers and site teams to ensure technical and food safety requirements are effectively delivered
  • Support customer meetings, technical reviews, factory visits and audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Assist with product launches by working alongside New Product Development on food safety requirements
  • Review product specifications, packaging artwork and quality documentation for legal compliance and accuracy
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement activities across the site
  • Carry out product assessments to ensure manufacturing standards are consistently achieved
 
What we're looking for in a Trainee Technical Account Manager
  • Higher education qualification in Food Science, Science or a related discipline
  • Understanding of food manufacturing, food safety and retailer technical requirements
  • Experience reviewing specifications, legal labelling or quality documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Full UK Driving Licence
 
Working hours
Monday-Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
