Transport and Logistics Coordinator

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Transport and Logistics Supervisor on behalf of a large manufacturing company based in Farnworth.

The successful candidate must be hands on and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You must be organised and have the ability to manage workload.

Duties will include:

• Liaising with the office to arrange booking in and out of deliveries.
• Planning drivers routes based on scheduled deliveries for the day.
• Goods in.
• Booking deliveries in and out using ISO.
• Creating safety reports.
• Using FLT to load and unload deliveries into the warehouse.
• 7.5 tonne licence desirable to be able to support with deliveries when required.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 6am-5pm and Friday 6am-2pm. This is a temporary to permanent role.
