💷 Salary: £28,840 per annum

🕛 Hours: 12:00pm - 9:00pm (not a night shift)

🏖️ Holiday: 23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Blue Arrow is recruiting for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced food and hospitality operation in Bicester. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent stability and career development within a growing business.

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of transport operations, including:

• Coordinating daily transport activities
• Route planning and scheduling
• Fleet management and vehicle allocation
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients
• Monitoring deliveries and resolving transport issues
• Maintaining accurate transport records and compliance documentation

• Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or coordination role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transport systems
