The Role
- Plan and coordinate daily HGV movements.
- Optimise routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the day.
- Ensure compliance with driver hours and transport regulations.
- Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate transport records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Transport Planner, Traffic Planner or Transport Coordinator.
- Experience within the HGV, haulage or logistics sector.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of transport compliance and driver hours regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
