The role…

We now have an opening for a Treasury Administrator within the Treasury Team based in Hull. Working within the finance team, we expect you to have close interaction with the wider commercial business, with the main responsibility being production of daily bank reconciliations and processing of payments.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Producing daily bank reconciliations in multi currencies
  • Cash allocation of bank receipts and payments
  • Resolving cash allocation queries
  • Ledger maintenance
  • Liaising with purchase ledger, credit control
  • Creation of manual purchase ledger payments
  • Bank and credit card administration

What we’re looking for…

  • AAT Qualified, or experience of working in a similar role.
  • Technical skills - with strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
  • Dedicated and accountable - able to meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and effectively managing expectations.
  • Organised - able to meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail as well as managing expectations effectively.
  • A strong communicator - able to communicate well and build strong, collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Adaptable and positive mindset - a confident personality with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges.
