Trolley Operative – Weybridge

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Hours: 3–4 shifts per week (rota-based)
Availability Required: Must be available to work weekends

About the Role

Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for flexible shift work in Weybridge? We are currently recruiting Trolley Operatives to join a busy team on a rota basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being active throughout their shift.

What the Role Involves

• Collecting and returning trolleys across the car park and store entrance
• Ensuring trolleys are clean, safe, and readily available for customers
• Maintaining a tidy and hazard-free car park area
• Assisting customers where required in a polite and friendly manner
• Reporting any damaged or faulty trolleys to the relevant supervisor

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good level of physical fitness — this is an active, on-your-feet role
• Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping
• Must be available to work weekends as part of a rotating shift rota
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
