We are working on this brand new role with our client, an award winning independent apprenticeship provider, who are enjoying another period of expansion, and are now looking to recruit a Data Analysis / IT Tutor – it would suit an experienced tutor who can deliver Data Analysis / Software developer who wants to upskill and also deliver the new AI curriculum . This is a role that will allow you to tutor and teach whilst working from home, with quarterly meetings in the H/O, West Yorkshire, and is a brand new role within the company, so is one you can stamp your identity on and very quickly establish yourself as a key member of the Tutor team. You will also be joining a company that have received accolades for their staff development in a company that has very little staff turnover –

In the role, you will be travelling to various levy paying clients and delivering Data Analysis and AI to Level 4 – duties to include;

Responsibilities


 

  • Responsible for the required number of learners in accordance with company guidelines

  • Responsible for designing the Data Analyst delivery model in line with BCS requirements

  • Responsible for developing the Data Analyst qualification in line with the Digital Industry Occupational Briefs

  • To create the resources and materials required to deliver the Data Analyst standard

  • To deliver teaching and learning sessions via a variety of delivery channels

  • To deliver the appropriate number of qualifications in accordance with company guidelines

  • To maintain paperwork to the minimum required standards

  • To ensure learner retention is at an acceptable level

  • Review learner’s performance in accordance with operational and quality requirements

  • Motivate/drive learners to achieve in line with agreed targets and deadlines

  • Deliver and support the learning process

  • Monitor Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding within the settings

  • To provide effective IAG service to both internal and external clients/ customers

  • Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management

  • Promote the company at every opportunity with employers and learners, as well as all other internal and external parties

  • Actively market business opportunities and report accordingly

  • Manage own time effectively in order to progress learners including completion of paperwork and updating of systems, ensuring deadlines are met

  • – customer orientated

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

  • Supervisory experience

Ideally it is expected you will have be from a Tutor background, delivering courses to Apprentices and with a knowledge of WBL. Full training will be provided for you in a supportive environment, with a view to working towards other training qualifications.
