UK Distributor Sales Manager
Location: Ipswich - UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A leading UK manufacturer of specialist medical capital equipment is seeking a UK Distributor Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with a large distributor network and drive growth across an expanding product portfolio. This is a hybrid role offering both office collaboration and flexibility, with strong earning potential through bonus incentives.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing distributor accounts, securing new opportunities, and delivering targeted strategies that support ambitious growth plans. This is a hands‑on role combining relationship management, business development, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop distributor relationships to increase revenue and secure contracts
- Work closely with marketing colleagues to create targeted customer communications
- Identify and approach new opportunities and prospective customers
- Deliver presentations, product training and in‑person demonstrations
- Analyse data and produce clear, actionable reports
- Promote and maintain a positive brand image across all channels
About You
- Proven experience in sales, ideally B2B and/or healthcare sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinker with problem‑solving ability and commercial awareness
- Confident working independently and using initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems (knowledge of Sicon CRM advantageous)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
