Unqualified Nursery Practitioner

Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them learn through play? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Unqualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team.

No formal childcare qualification is required, although experience working with children is desirable. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in supporting children's development and creating positive early learning experiences.

• Supporting the daily care and supervision of children aged [age range].
• Assisting in planning and delivering engaging play and learning activities.
• Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Supporting children's emotional, social, and physical development.
• Assisting with meal times, personal care, and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Following nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
