• Have a passion for education and supporting young people (degree-qualified or relevant experience is advantageous)

• Can confidently supervise classrooms, manage behaviour effectively, and deliver pre-set lesson plans

• Bring an enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching and learning

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Maintain high expectations for pupil engagement and behaviour

• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment
