We are seeking an experienced and reliable UPVC Window & Door Fitter to join our growing team delivering high-quality installation works across social housing properties in Tower Hamlets.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through optional weekend overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace UPVC windows and doors in occupied and void social housing properties.

• Remove existing frames and glazing safely and efficiently.

• Carry out all installations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

• Complete making good works where required.

• Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.

• Complete job documentation accurately and report any issues to the site supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience fitting UPVC windows and doors.

• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic refurbishment.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications

• CSCS Card.

• MTC Card.

• Asbestos Awareness.

• Manual Handling.

• Working at Height.

• DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
