You will join a global IT consultancy delivering digital transformation to the public sector.

In this role you will:

• Lead research for a product or service area from discovery to delivery.
• Integrates qual/quant evidence, align stakeholders and de risk decisions through experimentation.
• Plan multi method research; manage data, consent, accessibility and ethics.
• Run research at pace (contextual, field, diary/longitudinal, analytics triangulation).
• Build decision ready synthesis (insight frameworks, opportunity maps, journey evidence).
• Design and evaluate experiments (prototypes, A/B/MVT where appropriate).
• Coach researchers in methods; quality assure outputs and narratives.
