Valuation Surveyor
Osprey Engineering Solutions
Position Overview
We are a recognised and respected professional services firm, providing high-quality, intelligent advice to insurers, risk managers and intermediaries on reinstatement costs of buildings, structures, plant, equipment and contents.
Our mission is to help clients better understand and manage their assets so they can make informed decisions that reduce risk and improve business outcomes. We aim to be the most trusted valuation firm advising on reinstatement costs for insurance purposes.
Established in 1992, we remain a privately owned practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We are growing our team and seeking an experienced valuer or cost engineer to provide plant and equipment assessments for clients across a wide range of sectors. This is a varied role offering constant exposure to different assets and industries, including food manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, oil and gas plants, sports and leisure facilities, pharmaceutical plants, power plants, renewable energy, offices, and hotels.
We are a welcoming, dynamic and hard-working team, looking for friendly, tech-savvy people with a keen eye for detail and a drive to refine processes and improve client outcomes.
The role involves regular UK travel, with the opportunity to work internationally. Both will require occasional overnight stays and, at times, weekend travel.

You are organised, focused, work at a fast pace, and are comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
