We are assisting our client, a leading commercial vehicle specialist in Leeds, in recruiting a Van Technician to join their team. Duties of a Van Technician:
  • Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on commercial vans, light commercial vehicles, and cars
  • Utilising technical expertise to diagnose and rectify vehicle issues efficiently
  • Adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines and health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring customer vehicles are returned promptly and in optimal condition
  • Providing exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements of a Van Technician:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance or City and Guilds equivalent
  • Full UK driving license 
  • Own set of tools
  • MOT license is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work to high standards and in a team environment
  • Strong desire to develop skills and knowledge in vehicle maintenance
  • Awareness and compliance with health and safety standards
