We are currently seeking a skilled Van Technician to join our client’s reputable team in Highbridge. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to develop their career within a well-established garage dedicated to quality service and continuous professional growth. The successful Van Technician will be responsible for carrying out repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs), ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Benefits: 
  • Competitive basic salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Alternate Saturdays paid at overtime rates.
  • Day shift hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Duties of a Van Technician:
  • Conduct repairs and servicing on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).
  • Perform diagnostic work and troubleshooting to identify faults efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service and repair work.
  • Assist with vehicle inspections and testing when required.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements of a Van Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Van Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Full technical qualifications relevant to light commercial vehicle repair.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
