We are looking for a highly skilled Paint Sprayer to join a leading Bodyshop in the Leominster area on a permanent basis.


Key Role and Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Carry out high-quality bumper and trim repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Assess vehicles and identify any additional repair requirements before work commences
  • Complete minor dent and surface defect rectification to prepare vehicles for paint
  • Accurately mix and colour-match paint to achieve a flawless finish
  • Apply paint finishes using modern spraying techniques and equipment
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all work meets company and customer expectations

Requirements for a Paint Sprayer:

  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre environment
  • A stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability
  • Strong hands-on skills with a quality-focused approach to vehicle refinishing
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to consistently deliver work to the highest standards
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing first-class results
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
