Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicle body panels to the highest quality standards. You will be part of the Operations team, working within a fast-paced production environment, and play a key role in delivering high-performance products to exacting specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect vehicle body panels prior to paint application
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat finishes to required standards
- Operate paint spraying equipment safely and efficiently
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Follow all documented processes and procedures
- Complete tasks within defined cycle times
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within automotive or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work to production targets and deadlines
- Understanding of health, safety, and quality procedures
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Location & Working Pattern Location: Norfolk, UK
Working pattern: On-site
Shift pattern: Day shifts and twilight shifts available (twilight includes additional allowance)
Salary & Benefits Salary negotiable dependent on experience
