Our client, a reputable family-run dealership in Wilmslow, Cheshire, is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their career within a long-established business committed to quality service and employee growth.
  • Location: Wilmslow
  • Salary: Basic £36,000 (additional earnings for highly skilled and experienced technicians)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm; every 3rd Saturday morning

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and quality standards
  • Complete accurate job documentation and work reports in line with dealership procedures
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical advice when needed
  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Service and Repair department
  • Maintain and manage own set of tools and technical equipment
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant industry experience
  • Previous experience working on Ford vehicles preferred, but not essential
  • Possesses own tools and necessary technical qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
  • Enthusiastic about ongoing training and professional development
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team
