You will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle maintenance. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to uphold our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to a high standard.

• Perform complex diagnostic work and troubleshooting on vehicle electrical systems.

• Provide clear, professional communication to customers regarding work carried out and accurate quotes.

• Manage multiple tasks effectively within a busy workshop environment, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Follow all workshop processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a deep understanding of parts, tools, and modern diagnostic equipment.

• Qualifications: A full, clean UK driving licence (must be confident with both manual and automatic transmissions).

• Age Requirement: Due to insurance purposes, candidates must be 21 years of age or older.

• Attention to Detail: A "keen eye" for spotting mechanical imperfections that others might miss.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; you should feel comfortable speaking directly with customers.

• Attitude: A motivated team player who thrives under pressure and is genuinely driven to succeed.

• Passion: A genuine interest in Land Rovers and the outdoors would be highly advantageous.
