Our client, a reputable main dealership in Poole, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to advance their career within a well-established organisation that values quality workmanship and modern facilities.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £37,000, dependent on experience
  • Uncapped OTE of up to £52,000 for the Vehicle Technician
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • One in four Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify electrical and electronic issues, including hybrid and electric systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet dealership targets
  • Ensure vehicle repair quality and complete work within designated timeframes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership environment
  • Extensive experience working on hybrid and electric vehicles, with relevant certifications
  • Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
