We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable car dealership in Epsom. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a well-established and respected automotive group. Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Basic salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Potential to earn up to £56,000 with achievable on-target earnings (OTE).
  • Generous monthly bonus scheme of up to £2,000.
  • Monday to Friday working hours, from 8 am to 5.30 pm, with no weekend work unless additional sales overtime is desired.
  • Overtime options available, including paid Saturday shifts at premium rates.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and routine servicing.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance aligned with manufacturer standards.
  • Ensure a high quality of workmanship to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities such as service plans, warranties, and extras.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe workshop environment.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute positively to team performance.
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant technical qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of manufacturer-specific systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good work ethic with a desire for ongoing development within the automotive industry
