Our client in Edmonton, London is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served professional looking to work in a stable environment that values high standards and technical expertise.   • Basic salary from £35,000 upwards, depending on experience
  • Typical working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 1:00pm, with time off in lieu

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding to a high standard
  • Perform servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Diagnose and repair timing chain issues, clutches, cambelts, and related driveline concerns
  • Complete work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer and workshop standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out as a Vehicle Technician
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless workshop operations
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Time-served Vehicle Technician with relevant certifications and practical experience
  • Confident in diagnostics and troubleshooting independently
  • Experienced in servicing, timing chains, clutches, cambelts, and mechanical repairs
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage workload, and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Must own your own tools and be ready to contribute from day one
  • Strong commitment to quality and high standards in vehicle repair
