We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's reputable team in Christchurch, Dorset. Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Competitive basic salary starting at £35,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £45,000 with bonuses based on hours sold and diagnostics
  • 43.5-hour week with 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Supportive and dynamic working environment
Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conducting comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs
  • Performing routine vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and explaining repair work clearly
  • Contributing to a team environment and maintaining workshop standards
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rotational basis
