Our client, a reputable main dealership in Grantham, Lincolnshire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. This opportunity offers a stable working environment within one of the UK's most popular automotive franchises, along with competitive remuneration and career development opportunities.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £42,000 depending on experience
  • OTE £48,000 with bonus earnings
  • Salary packages tailored to all skill levels
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • One in three Saturdays working

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing to a high standard
  • Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults
  • Liaise with service advisors, customers, and senior management to ensure excellent customer service
  • Inspect vehicles for wear, tears, and general faults
  • Complete work in compliance with DVSA standards
  • Provide a professional approach at all times and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Undertake all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician 
  • Own set of tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • MOT licence preferred but not essential
