We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join their reputable team in Chelmsford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced motor trade individuals seeking a stable, professional, and rewarding role.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing compliant with manufacturer standards
  • Accurately document all work and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
  • Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to clients as a Vehicle Technician
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the motor trade
  • Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
