Our client, a reputable and globally recognised dealer group, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their franchise-approved dealership in Cheltenham. - Perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Ensure accurate diagnosis and reporting of vehicle faults, safety, and performance issues to the Service Manager
- Adhere to quality procedures laid down by the manufacturer and our client
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity in a busy dealership environment
- Complete all work efficiently within specified timeframes
- Support with vehicle inspections and additional technical duties as required
- Assist in maintaining workshop tools and equipment to operational standards
- If possessing an MOT licence, conduct MOT testing; training provided if not currently held
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Current UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good organisational skills
- Motivated to meet and exceed team targets
- Induviduals with an active MOT licence are preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Previous experience within a franchise dealership environment is desirable
