Our client, an independent vehicle specialist in Lincoln, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to work in a high-end, specialist environment with a supportive team and attractive benefits.

  • Basic salary up to £43,000 depending on experience
  • OTE approximately £50,000 annually
  • Yearly attendance bonus
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform all aspects of vehicle repairs and maintenance to main dealer standards
  • Use brand-specific diagnostic equipment effectively
  • Conduct complex mechanical tasks as required
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Work independently and efficiently while adhering to company procedures
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, either time-served, partially qualified, or fully qualified
  • Ability to complete a full range of mechanical repairs and diagnostics
  • Capable of working in a specialist environment with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of using brand-specific diagnostic equipment
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
