We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealer in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to develop their careers within a well-established and professional dealership environment. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer's standards, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Technician Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
  • Fault-finding and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain high work quality and adherence to safety regulations
  • Keep accurate records of work undertaken and parts used
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment
  • Stay updated with the latest manufacturer guidelines and participate in training sessions
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership or professional workshop
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
