Our client, a reputable main dealership based in Crewe, Cheshire, is currently seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their professional and friendly workshop team. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, excellent career progression prospects, and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Salary up to £34,000, dependent on experience and skill level
  • OTE of £41,000 with bonuses
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle health checks and routine servicing
  • Carry out repairs authorised by clients
  • Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer procedures
  • Road test vehicles to confirm fault resolution
  • Complete all job-related documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Proven experience in the motor industry as a Vehicle Technician
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Diagnostic experience essential; MOT testing is desirable
  • Experience within a franchise dealership environment advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
