  • Realistic OTE up to £60,000 including bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with a 1-in-4 Saturday rota (8:00 am – 1:00 pm)

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on various vehicle makes and models
  • Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer standards and quality guidelines
  • Effectively communicate vehicle findings and repair needs to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines whilst upholding high standards of workmanship
  • Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to team objectives
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
  • Full professional qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid UK driving licence
