Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their reputable workshop in Manchester. The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and services, contributing to a professional and friendly working environment.   • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Duties:
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a broad spectrum of vehicles efficiently and to a high standard
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications
  • Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken and parts used
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality service
  • Supporting team members, including mentoring junior staff where required
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures within the workshop
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar setting
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems
  • Experience working on a variety of vehicle types, including electric and LCVs, is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards continual skills development and keeping up-to-date with automotive technology
