This Vehicle Technician role offers a competitive salary of up to £39,000 and an uncapped OTE of £42,000+, providing substantial earning potential. You will benefit from a performance-based bonus structure, with the first three months’ bonus guaranteed. The role is based on a 40-hour week, providing a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting routine servicing and maintenance on vehicles
  • Performing diagnostic checks and fault finding
  • Carrying out repair work to manufacturer and DVSA standards
  • Ensuring vehicles are road-safe and compliant with regulations
  • Working closely with the service team to deliver high customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience within a main dealer or independent garage
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Positive, team-focused attitude and meticulous attention to detail
