- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday
- Carry out fault diagnosis, servicing, and vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work is completed to a high quality, maintaining safety, reliability, and performance standards
- Accurately diagnose vehicle faults, report findings to the Service Manager
- Adhere to all quality procedures laid out by the dealership and manufacturer
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work effectively within a team environment to meet operational targets
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (minimum)
- One to two years’ post-qualification experience preferred, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership; however, experienced Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technicians are encouraged to apply
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good team player with a positive attitude and motivation to meet targets
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, stringent dealer environment
