We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Brighton to find an experienced and skilled Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career within a well-established automotive environment. The Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs, supporting the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Perform complex diagnostics and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
  • Complete all work within specified timeframes to maintain productivity
  • Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Support apprentice technicians and junior team members as required
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 qualification as an automotive technician
  • Proven experience working within a main dealer network or similar environment
  • Diagnostic and repair skills to handle a range of vehicle issues 
  • MOT tester accreditation is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed set targets
