Our client, a reputable manufacturer-backed main dealership in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
  • Conduct warranty repairs and general workshop duties
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and within specified timescales
  • Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
  • Work closely with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
