We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchise dealership in Kendal, Cumbria. Our client, a well-established family-run business with a strong regional presence, is looking for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician to enhance their service team. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for a motivated professional seeking career growth and industry-leading training.

  • Monday to Friday, with working hours of 8.20am to 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Fridays.
  • Saturdays are on a rota basis, from 8.00am to 12.00pm.
Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Repair and service a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conduct diagnostic checks using latest technology
  • Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and faults
  • Complete work adhering to DVSA standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
  • Perform general vehicle maintenance and repairs as required
  • Ensure workshop safety and maintain high standards of quality
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own set of tools
  • Current experience working within a vehicle workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
