Vehicle Technician in Swansea

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician for a well-established, family-run dealership group in Swansea. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for a skilled professional to join a reputable business committed to delivering high standards of service and vehicle repair.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct accurate and efficient repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer, industry, and retailer standards
  • Provide technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members as appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress as as Vehicle Technician
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Work within the workshop team to meet targets and deadlines
  • Complete all documentation accurately and thoroughly
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and electronic vehicle repair skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
  • Motivated to achieve individual and team targets
