My client is offering a rewarding role where you’ll work closely with apprentices and employers, helping learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed while enjoying an excellent benefits package and long-term career prospects.

As a Vocational Trainer, you’ll support apprentices across Engineering, Motor Vehicle and Welding programmes, guiding them throughout their apprenticeship journey from induction through to End Point Assessment. You’ll manage a caseload of learners, deliver engaging progress reviews, support the planning of off-the-job training, monitor achievement and work collaboratively with employers to ensure apprentices remain motivated, engaged and on track to achieve their qualifications.

This Vocational Trainer role would suit someone who enjoys developing others and building strong relationships with both learners and employers. Your vocational knowledge, organisational skills and confidence using digital systems will give you the opportunity to make a real impact, supporting apprentices while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and learner experience.

  • Salary Band J – £31,983.12 to £35,006.40, depending on experience

Working 37 hours per week in Lowestoft, you’ll become an important member of the Work Based Learning team, collaborating with employers and colleagues to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.

As a Vocational Trainer, you’ll have the opportunity to coach, mentor and inspire apprentices while helping to develop the future workforce across Engineering, Motor Vehicle and Welding industries.
