Warden Call Project Engineer Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Warden Call Project Engineer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will involve installing, commissioning, surveying and supporting Warden Call systems across a varied range of sites.
The successful engineer will be fully trained and experienced in Warden Call systems, with the technical ability to deliver projects to a high standard while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, health & safety requirements and client specifications. The role offers a varied workload, combining project delivery, fault-finding, surveys and customer support.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Warden Call Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven experience installing and commissioning Warden Call systems. They will be confident carrying out diagnostics, fault-finding and repairs, as well as conducting site surveys and producing accurate technical reports.
The successful engineer will be professional, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to manage their own workload and work effectively alongside project managers, clients and other contractors. A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship will be essential.
Warden Call Project Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission Warden Call systems in accordance with project specifications, industry standards and client requirements.
- Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs on existing Warden Call systems.
- Conduct site surveys, assess installation and upgrade requirements, and produce accurate survey reports with recommended solutions.
- Liaise with project managers, clients and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Complete commissioning records, test results and service documentation while maintaining high standards of health & safety.
Warden Call Project Engineer Requirements
- Fully trained and experienced in Warden Call systems, with proven installation and commissioning experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Experience carrying out site surveys and producing clear, accurate technical reports.
- Good understanding of relevant industry standards, best practices and health & safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence with strong communication and customer service skills.
Desirable: Experience with multiple Warden Call manufacturers and platforms, ECS/CSCS card, and IPAF or PASMA certification.
