Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 15:00–23:00

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy Distribution Centre in Bardon Hill, Coalville.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will provide administrative support to the warehouse operation, ensuring paperwork, systems and records are kept accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team
- Updating computer systems and internal databases
- Completing accurate data entry
- Processing and checking warehouse paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Printing and preparing documentation
- Answering emails and dealing with general queries
- Supporting the warehouse team with daily administrative tasks
- Updating spreadsheets and reports
- Liaising with warehouse colleagues and other departments
- Ensuring information is recorded accurately and on time
- Carrying out any other administrative duties as required
- Previous warehouse administration or office administration experience is desirable
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work accurately in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude
- £13.75 per hour
- Sunday–Thursday working pattern
- 15:00–23:00 shift
- Bonus scheme once taken permanent
