Warehouse Administrator – Night Shift

Location: Harworth, DN11
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Contract: Ongoing Opportunity

Venatu Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their busy distribution operation based in Harworth, DN11.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrator who is comfortable working independently on a night shift and has previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.

The successful Warehouse Administrator will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the warehouse operation, ensuring deliveries, collections, paperwork and system information are processed accurately and efficiently.

The Role – Warehouse Administrator

As a Warehouse Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Booking drivers in and out of site.
• Completing and checking delivery and dispatch paperwork.
• Updating warehouse management systems accurately.
• Recording incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries.
• Liaising with haulage companies regarding collections and deliveries.
• Communicating with onsite warehouse teams throughout the shift.
• Checking delivery documentation and resolving any discrepancies.
• Updating spreadsheets, databases and internal systems.
• Supporting the warehouse team with general administration.
• Monitoring delivery and collection schedules.
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and filed appropriately.
• Responding to queries from drivers, transport companies and internal teams.
• Working closely with the night warehouse operation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Following all company Health & Safety, security and administrative procedures.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this Warehouse Administrator position, you must have:

• Previous Warehouse Administrator experience.
• Experience working within a warehouse, distribution, transport or logistics environment.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills when dealing with drivers, haulage companies and warehouse teams.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift.
• Good computer skills and confidence using email, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• A strong work ethic and reliable approach to work.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Own transport is essential due to the location and night shift working hours.

Monday to Friday
10:00pm – 6:00am
£14.50 per hour
