Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing business based in Partridge Green.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, warehouse operations and order fulfilment. Working closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, stock is accurately maintained and customers receive an exceptional service from purchase through to aftercare.

They are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

As a Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Advising customers on products and providing excellent customer service
• Managing returns, warranty claims, repairs and replacements
• Liaising with courier partners regarding delivery issues and resolving customer queries
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
• Supporting daily warehouse operations and fulfilment activities
• Assisting with stock control, stock takes and inventory management
• Organising warehouse stock and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment
• Supporting incoming deliveries, container unloads and goods checks
• Operating a forklift truck when required

Requirements for the Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator:

• A valid Forklift Truck Licence
• Previous experience within a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or similar operational environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using computer systems and online platforms
• A proactive, hands-on approach to work with strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively as part of a team

Salary & Hours for the Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator:

• £27,000
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Based in Partridge Green
• Free onsite parking
• Company Pension
