Pay Rate

Days: £12.71ph (PAYE)

Nights: £13.83ph (PAYE)

Available Shift Patterns

Choose from a range of fixed shifts with no rotation:

3 On / 3 Off

• Days: 6am - 6pm
• Nights: 6pm - 6am

Tuesday to Friday

• Tuesday-Thursday: 6am - 6pm Friday: 6am - 12:00pm (Midday)

Monday to Thursday Nights

• Monday-Wednesday: 6pm - 6am Thursday: 6pm - 00:00am (Midnight)

Wednesday to Friday

• Days: 6am - 6pm
• Nights: 6pm - 6am

The Role

As a forklift driver, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of a busy warehouse operation. You will be responsible for handling stock safely and efficiently while helping to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Working as part of a professional and friendly team, you'll be given the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a business that is expanding rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely unload inbound deliveries from suppliers.
• Put away stock into high-level racking locations across multiple warehouse areas.
• Pick, move and replenish stock using Reach Truck or VNA equipment.
• Load outbound goods for daily carrier collections.
• Ensure stock accuracy and maintain excellent warehouse standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Valid and in-date Reach Truck or VNA licence.
• Previous experience operating Reach Truck or VNA equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to support the wider warehouse operation when required.
