💷 Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour (AM Shift) | £13.99 per hour (PM Shift)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Inventory / Stock Controllers to join a busy warehouse operation in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced inventory professionals looking to develop their career within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Conducting stock counts and inventory audits
- Updating warehouse management systems
- Producing reports using MS Office applications
- Supporting operational teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Working across multiple contracts as required
✅ Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or similar warehouse role
✅ Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory processes
✅ Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
✅ Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
