Job Description
- Take full ownership of inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the site
- Set up and implement warehouse layouts, processes and systems to support a new high-volume production operation
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, space utilisation, team performance, cost reduction and waste reduction
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, 5S, compliance and process discipline across the warehouse
- Manage customer-facing logistics, including regular communication with key customers

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar senior warehouse leadership position
- Experience managing a high-volume warehouse operation
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems
