Warehouse Operations Manager - Leicester Area £52,500 - £55,000 + Package
We’re recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join a busy distribution centre in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys leading teams, and wants to make a real impact on performance.
The role involves leading and developing warehouse teams, driving productivity and KPIs, ensuring stock accuracy, overseeing health and safety, planning resources, and identifying process improvements. Candidates should bring solid warehouse or operations management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or high-volume distribution is highly advantageous.
