Warehouse Operative (Afternoons) in Burton upon Trent

Pertemps are working in partnership with DHL and we are recruiting for ongoing Warehouse operatives on their afternoon shift who will operate a LLOP truck to order pick drinks which will include handling alcohol. Due to the nature of the job it is imperative that candidates are happy with repetitive work.
The successful candidates will have to pass a pre employment drug test.
Shift Pattern / Working Hours
+ Sunday to Thursday
+ 2pm to 10pm but shifts can be extended during busy periods
+ Easily commutable by public transport or car
The successful Warehouse Operative (Afternoons) will:
+ Have previously worked in a warehouse or logistics environment
+ Have experience as a LLOP driver or order picker
+ Good level of English to ensure orders are picked correctly
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative (Afternoons) will include:
+ Operating a LLOP to order pick drinks including alcohol
+ Ensuring orders are picked correctly, first time.
+ General duties as assigned by team leader and shift manager
You will receive:
+ £13.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks
+ £14.20 per hour after 12 weeks
