Warehouse Operative - Perry Barr, Birmingham (Ongoing Work) - £13.45 per hour

We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced site in Perry Barr, Birmingham. This is ongoing work, 40 hours per week, working Thursday to Monday (so weekend availability is essential).

Pay

• £13.45 per hour

What you'll be doing

• Using handheld scanners to scan bar codes and track stock
• Picking items, completing checks for accuracy/quality, and packing into boxes
• Assembling packs/kits to spec
• Feeding items onto a production line (where required)
• Working to targets with KPIs monitored/checked
• Supporting general warehouse/production tasks in a fast-paced environment

Shift pattern & hours

• Thursday - Monday
• Start times vary by department: 6am / 7am / 8am (must be flexible)
• 40 hours per week

What we need from you

• Comfortable with manual handling (lifting/moving items such as chairs and packages up to 25kg)
• Good numeracy and literacy
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work quickly while staying accurate
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must drive or live locally to Perry Barr due to early shift times
• Previous warehouse experience
